Art United: Charity sale this Friday

According to the United Nations Refugee Agency, more than half a million refugees have now fled Ukraine to neighbouring countries amid Russia’s ongoing invasion. People are losing their homes and lives, and millions are in urgent need of food, water and shelter.

To help raise money for essential funds for Save the Children, our artists have generously donated pieces that will go on sale this Friday.

Limited-edition prints and large-scale oil paintings by Dave White, Nancy Cadogan, Jessica Zoob, Chris Levine, Piers Bourke and Maddie Rose Hills will be available for purchase, and all proceeds raised will be donated to Save the Children’s Emergency Fund.

Save the Children is working quickly to assess what support children and families need and providing life-saving aid. It is distributing essential supplies and winter clothing and blankets as temperatures plunge below freezing. It is providing cash and vouchers to families for food, rent and medicines and also offering vital mental health and psychosocial support.

If you’d like to support, please email your interest on the lots from Friday or share on social. Donations can also be made here.
